GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMS
At Pinnacle, we’ve built programs to accommodate people at every level of ability and interest. With classes for every skill level, members from teens to seniors can benefit. From Pilates to Kickboxing to Aerobic Fitness in our Indoor Pool, we have something for everyone.

We have classes to fit your fitness goals and lifestyle.
Whether you are at the beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness level, our classes are geared for your individual needs. If you strive for a lean body as well as cardiovascular fitness, consider our circuit training group classes. You will combine strength training or weight lifting with aerobics, for a full-body workout. If you’d prefer a meditative approach, yoga can improve your body and spirit. Seniors can get into the groove with low-impact water aerobics and aquatic group fitness. Kids may enjoy our group F.I.T. classes.
