Our personal trainers will create a customized fitness regimen to help you attain all of your health and fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers are extensively educated and will provide you with the direction and motivation you need to succeed in weight training, strength training, fitness training, and weight loss. Our personal training professionals have a wide variety of backgrounds and experience, so you can choose the one that is right for you.

One-On-One Personal Training

Our one-on-one personal training program allows you to choose your personal trainer who will create a specialized personal training plan for you. Your personal trainer will show you new exercises, educate you about health and fitness, keep you motivated. If your fitness plan needs a change, your personal trainer will make adjustments to your plan. You’ll have an experienced, certified personal trainer in your corner whenever you need him or her. Don’t face your fitness challenges alone—let our personal training program help you!

 

Small Group Training

If you would prefer to meet with a certified personal trainer in a small group, we offer that service, too! You’ll still get a personal training plan made specifically for you, but you’ll also get support from other members in your group. Many people find that working out with a group helps to keep them going, so if you struggle for the inspiration to exercise, try our small group personal training! To book Private Small Group Training, contact one of our Trainers or our Member Services Team for trainer availability.


FITNESS CENTER CIRCUIT TRAINING

ATTENTION MEMBERS! Looking to incorporate circuit training into your weekly routine? Join TJ every Thursday for the next 4 weeks in our fitness center to maximize your training this Spring!

Our Facility

Every new member* ages 16+receives a free one-hour orientation session in our fitness center.

We strive to give our members state-of-the-art options that are exactly what they want and precisely what they need to stay in shape. Take a quick tour of the cardio and strength area at Pinnacle, and you’ll see a 10,000-square-foot fitness area with everything from Life Fitness weight equipment and elliptical machines to kettlebells, suspension training, and free weights.
