Our Group X program offers dynamic group fitness classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Choose from Yoga and Pilates, Strength Training, Cardio and HIIT, Cycle, Zumba, and even Aqua Aerobics in our indoor pool!

More than just a workout, Group X is a community. Here, you’ll build strength, gain confidence, form meaningful connections, and stay motivated alongside supportive instructors and your fellow classmates.
Whether you are at the beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness level, our classes are geared for your individual needs. If you strive for a lean body as well as cardiovascular fitness, consider our circuit training group classes. You will combine strength training or weight lifting with aerobics, for a full-body workout. If you’d prefer a meditative approach, yoga can improve your body and spirit. Seniors can get into the groove with low-impact water aerobics and aquatic group fitness. Kids may enjoy our group F.I.T. classes.
