Youth Fitness plays a fundamental role in the health of boys and girls of all ages and benefits the kids both physically and mentally. Pinnacle offers programs for kids and teens under the supervision of highly trained instructors. Our goal is to help kids have fun while improving their level of fitness.

Learn to play racquetball (or sharpen your skills) in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Participants will develop eye/hand coordination, gross motor movements and increase their flexibility while having fun and burning energy. Rackets and balls will be provided by the club, players are required to supply and wear their own eye guards. Participants should wear sneakers and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to class. Children must be at least 7 years old to participate.

It is a perfect compliment to their busy academic and extracurricular schedule, connecting them with others and themselves in a fun and nurturing environment, and leaving them refreshed and ready for the outside world. Our tween and teen yoga class is held at the same time as an adults class so that parents and caregivers can take the class too!

Zumba classes are high-energy fitness parties for children ages 4-12.
