Sky AERIAL Yoga & meditation

Reach new heights at SKY Yoga. SKY is our dedicated yoga program designed to take your yogic journey to the next level. From Aerial Yoga, Guided Meditation, Core Yoga, Power Yoga, and Restore. Each class will motivate your mind, body, and spirit to guide you on a path to discover your best you. Each class has an intimate capacity of no more than 6-8 participants led by our passionate team of yoga instructors. Classes run 45 minutes to 1 hour duration to fit your needs and busy schedule.

*Note New Memberships receive their first Sky Yoga Classfor Free, however Sky Aerial Yoga Programming is not included in Basic Membership Types. We offer member packages, drop in rates, or with Premium Memberships you’ll receive all classes included in membership (Workshops not included). Non-member packages are also available upon request. Participate in this profoundly relaxing, deep stretch restorative yoga class utilizing aerial silk hammocks which evolves into a Floating Yoga Nidra Mindfulness Meditation - featuring Live Sound Performance and/or vocalizations, facilitated by Adnan Shamsi.

Embrace the feeling of weightlessness while being suspended in air, and use this wonderful feeling to bring the body, breath and mind into the deeply relaxing nature of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably suspended in the silk, this systematic meditation brings one into a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world.


BREATHWORK CEREMONY

This is a transformational breathwork experience where science meets the soul. Using the power of your breath, you will be guided into a deep adrenaline state. This state causes natural processes in the body that can create physical healing, promote better sleep, and open you to connecting with your soul and the divine. We will start the ceremony with a conscious relating exercise and a grounding meditation to prepare the mind and spirit. Then, we will learn about the breathwork process, practice breathing deeply, and go through a few rounds of breathing with breath holds. We finish with an extended savasana, sound healing, and a closing circle.

Family Aerial Workshop (kids 8yrs and up) 

 Family Aerial Fun!  Learn the basics of Aerial with your family.  Up to 4 family members may attend per 1 registration.  Children must be a minimum of 8 years old to participate.  All attendees must be members to receive a member rate.

Teens ages 12-17 years will learn the basics of Aerial Flow and Lyra hoop. Aerial Hammocks and the Lyra hoop will be used and students will work their entire bodies to create beautiful and fun poses while safely suspended.

Pinnacle members $10 per class or purchase all 6 for $50(must be purchased together and in advance)
Premiere Dance Members receive the same rate as Pinnacle Members. (Premiere Dance Members must call to register)

Non-members $20 per class or $100 for all 6 classes (must be purchased together and in advance)

Teen Stretch & De-Stress, Play & Relax on Aerials: a workshop for teens ages 12-17

A special stress-reduction fun-expansion workshop for teens, with a fun engaging approach to exercise, stretching and deep relaxation - including social connection games amongst participants as well as safe collaborative approaches to team building with components of acro yoga. Session ends with mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) utilizing the aerial hammocks for a floating meditation. MBSR has been shown effective for managing stress!
