I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2011 because I wanted to pay my passion for fitness forward and help others get fit.
My continuing education has focused on a wide range of Fitness & Nutrition subjects including: knee injuries and rehabilitation, hip injuries & core stabilization, dynamic flexibility and injury prevention, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and cardio program development, Core Strengthening, Sports Nutrition & Nutrient Timing, and Chronic Pain Management & Nutrition.
Additionally, I’ve continued to grow an online business in order to reach more people and fulfill my purpose to help others. I host monthly online accountability groups which allows me to bring my knowledge to people who are either unable to join a gym, intimated by a gym setting or need more personal attention with one on one coaching.
