Birthday Party FAQs
Q: Can I bring outside food and/or drink?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own items. Please let the party manager know and we will be sure to set up an extra table for you. You will be allowed in the Party Lounge 15 min prior to the party to set up your items.
Q: Do siblings or infants count as guests?
A guest is someone who will sit at the party table, use a place setting and take place in the activity. Children under 2 are not counted.
Q: Are accommodations available for the adults?
Yes. Our Party Lounge will be set for the confirmed number of children. If you require additional accommodations for adult guests please speak with our party manager, additional fees may be required.
Q: Can we add on extra time or activities?
Yes! You may add on an additional activity or half hour in the party lounge, for an additional fee. Please inquire with our party manager.
Q: Can we open our gifts during the party?
Yes, however, time is limited in our Party Lounge- if you would like to open gifts it is recommended to add an additional 30 minutes of lounge time.
Q: What types of decorations do you provide?
We will provide a general “birthday” decorations for those who purchase the Ultimate package. For a $50 party enhancement (on any package), we will provide a fully decorated party space based on the theme you choose. This includes, but is not limited to place settings, table decorations, and wall/ceiling decorations. See our photo gallery for some of our past themes.
Q: Is food and drink included in the party package?
We don’t provide food, but you are more than welcome to bring your own; we recommend Angelo’s Pizza- they deliver and are always on time.
