Personal Trainer And Nutrition Coach
Being active has always been my way of life; one of my goals in life was to run long distances, but a back-injury I sustained in my early twenties had weakened my back muscles over the years. Refusing to let my injuries get the better of me, I started with low-impact workouts, and gradually got into a high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, with strength training. I was able to start with 5Ks and move on to half-marathons in no time.
That’s when I decided to play a more active role in the health and wellness field, and help others realize their true potential, because I know that there’s nothing impossible once you are committed to achieving your goals.
My personal training sessions integrate fitness training and nutritional guidance for weight loss, while building upon physical strength, and restoring balance and flexibility. I also work as a kickboxing instructor.
