Pinnacle Health and Fitness is excited to introduce our Youth Training program. This program is specially designed to get/keep young athletes ready for team sports. Pinnacle trainers working in connection with Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, James McFarland will be working with our High School Athletes.

Girls Lacrosse/Field Hockey training

Cost: $30 per week

Boys Lacrosse/Baseball training

Days/time: 4pm - 5pm Tues. & Thursdays

Cost: $30 per week


SPORT READY YOUTH TRAINING GRADES 5-8

Sports Ready Program is designed for Youth grades 5 - 8. Participants will work with our Pinnacle team and HS Strength and Conditioning Coach James McFarland, through mini circuit exercises and basic speed and agility skills with the goal of getting ready for all sports and physical activities.
