Each Small Group Training class will include the following format, normally set up on an interval format by the trainer and all exercises will be demonstrated and modified specific to your needs.

  • Move on to the main workout, targeting various muscle groups and cardiovascular endurance. This can range from cardio, weightlifting, suspension training, or targeted muscle groups such as legs or core.
